چکیده

امروزه مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز به یک استراتژی کلیدی و اساسی برای حرکت کسب وکارها به سوی رفتارهای حامی محیط زیست تبدیل شده است. یکی از چالش‌های مهم صنایع، نحوۀ ادغام سیاست‌های محیط زیستی در فعالیت‌های منابع انسانی است. بر این اساس هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر نوآوری سبز با نقش میانجی دانش زیست-محیطی سبز در کارکنان کارخانه سیمان لامرد می‌باشد. روش تحقیق این پژوهش، کمّی، از نظر هدف «کاربردی» و روش گردآوری داده‌ها، به صورت «سرشماری» می‌باشد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل کلیۀ کارکنان کارخانه سیمان لامرد به تعداد 330 نفر و به صورت سرشماری و حجم نمونۀ 330 نفری بوده و گردآوری اطلاعات با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامۀ استاندارد انجام گرفته است. روش نمونه‌گیری این پژوهش، روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای بوده و تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخه 20 و AMOS نسخه 24 در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام پذیرفت.
