توسعه کارآفرینی سازمانی از طریق بکارگیری شیوه های توسعه منابع انسانی و سبک رهبری تحول گرا

چکیده

هدف اصلی مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر بکارگیری شیوه های منابع انسانی بر توسعه کارآفرینی سازمانی با توجه به نقش واسطه ای سبک رهبری تحول گرا بود. مطالعه حاضر بر اساس هدف یک تحقیق کاربردی و از نظر روش یک مطالعه توصیفی-پیمایشی بود. به منظور جمع آوری داده های پژوهش از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری مطالعه حاضر را مدیران ارشد و میانی شرکت های فعال در صنعت مبلمان، تشکیل دادند. تعداد این افراد در بررسی های اولیه 426 برآورد شد و در نهایت با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 203 نفر به عنوان اندازه نمونه انتخاب شدند. پس از جمع آوری داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه، با استفاده از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها صورت پذیرفت. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که شیوه های توسعه منابع انسانی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر توسعه کارآفرینی سازمانی شرکت های مورد مطالعه دارد همچنین نتایج تکمیلی بیانگر این مطلب بود که سبک رهبری تحول گرا در رابطه میان شیوه های توسعه منابع انسانی و کارآفرینی سازمانی شرکت های مورد مطالعه، نقش واسطه ای موثر دارد. از آنجایی که سبک رهبری تحول گرا یکی از پیش نیازهای توسعه سازمان های تولیدی می باشد، می توان با بکارگیری این سبک از رهبری در سازمان و همچنین پیاده سازی اقدامات و شیوه های موثر همچون آموزش با رویکرد توسعه فردی و مشارکت کارکنان در ارائه طرح های نوآورانه ، کارآفرینی سازمانی را توسعه داد.
